Over the past few months there’s been a number of collaborative events with customers and staff exploring how we can work better together to provide a good service. It’s a challenging project, but one that’s worthwhile and will help us achieve better outcomes.
Why are we doing it?

- Employee involvement and decision making
- Financial sustainability, and
- Connections between people and communities
